About Sara:

Sara is a self-empowerment coach for women, self-awareness teacher and a spiritual mentor. Sara got her certification from the Institution for Integrative Nutrition in New York where she studied to learn the connection between the mind and the body and then she went to live in Bali for a month to study about the soul and yoga philosophy. 

Sara now works with Arab women all over the world to help them find and live their authentic self, connect to their intuition and use their awareness to become conscious creators and leaders in their own life.
